What are chances of getting hiv from taking off condom?

after sex when i take off condom i feel that the outside of condom touch the head of penis. it was someone of unknown status. what are chances of std and is urinating more than usual is a symptoms of an std ?

If it was just a quick accidental tap, I don't think there is anything to worry about. The only thing I know of that causes excessive urination is prostate cancer, and I'm pretty sure that's not how you get it
