I have done this it is possible to have sex for years with A HIV pos person and not contract it. It is important that you not allow him to give you oral because he may have unknown sores in his mouth or bleeding gums. He can give you oral with a condom and you are safe. The same goes for anal use a condom . Know how to use it correctly , let him bottom for you. That way if it breaks you are at less risk for exposure. Also remember that if he is on meds and you get exposed from him you will have the same drug mutations that he has so that is critical Information that your doctor could use later.
