Why do most Africans still suffer from poverty and hiv/aids not excluding hipatetis B?

Do recipient countries use the money for the real projects or it is been diverted to other sectors?

with so many peoples dyeing of hiv, large holes are left in buisness,Gov. ect,Thousands of kids orphaned and many also HIV+,but the main reason for all this bull is the corruption at every level of Gov.and Institutions as a hiv+ person from africa told me at the International HIV-AIDS Conf.2006 in Toronto. Source(s): me myself and I,HIV+2001
let's see, 10 million whites and 50 million blacks but the whites control everything. in countries where blacks are in control genocide is common practice. in countries which are well off but have black governments they are corrupt or align with those who are terrorists (remember libya?) no one is intrested in helping their own people. the most biggest lie are companies that tout sending supplies to help those in need, the majority of medicine is outdated and those that send baby formula for example forget that there is no sanitary water to mix it with so babies keep on dying.
former worker in africa.
Becouse they are not Jesus believer , becouse if any one is in Jesus , God will give that person any thing he needs, and will cure that person from any desease, and overall will take him to heaven when he leave this word, occidental cultures are in a better position becouse we use to be christians but not any more , homosexual can get married , drugs , and many thing that jesus hate are hapening iun aur countrys , so God will leave un if we keep in that behaivor( sorry for my english, i m a spanish speaker)
