Can you have HPV and use an IUD(itrauternine device/birthcontrol)?

Do they let people who have HPV use an IUD? I have the strain that causes slow to moderate abnormal cell growth. I don't have warts. I don't have anything else. Every other part of my life is compatible with an IUD. Would I be a good canidiate for an IUD or is that not an option when you have something like HPV? I've read alot about IUDs and not a single thing I've read says if you can use one if you have HPV. Does anyone know?

I cant imagine it would matter. I had one and I loved it! It was awesome.
