HPV during pregnancy? |
(please don't answer telling me to talk to my doctor because I have an appointment with my OB Jan 7th and I will talk to her I just want a public opinion basically) Thank you to you all for your serious and helpful answers! (Merry Christmas!) If I was you, I wouldn't worry about it..if you do have HPV, which could possibly be causing the genital bumps, (which would be warts) there is no getting rid of them from your body, so I wouldn't stress over something you really have no control over. Trust me, I know from experience with something else. Just relax, and tell your doctor when you see her, how they felt (if they're gone) and what you saw they looked like, etc..and she will be able to possibly treat them, or just give you advice.. Dont stress, its Christmas! Good Luck! I justed looked at the CDC website and they say for pregnant women NOT to get the shot. Could just be clogged glands down there. don't worry too much as there is nothing that can be done right now, check with your doctor on the 7th. HPV can often show no symptoms and if you do have the strain that has genital warts, you can actually go months or years without ever showing warts and stressful situations such as pregnancy can make you break out. |
