HPV and vaginal delivery: painful ? |
I'm 32 weeks and have hpv/ genital warts and I'm getting nervous as to whether or not it is going to make delivery more painful. Did anyone tear with these or have to have a episiotomy? These are already embarrasing enough without having to suffer pain as well. 1) If I'm 32 weeks I've obviously been to the doctor. No..its no different than regular labor..Its gonna hurt either way..it makes no difference at all...I tore, but it had nothing to do with the hpv..look up perinal massage..its supposed to help you not tear..dont worry if youre having an epidural..you wont feel the tear or the stitching..it hurts a lot after words tho, but they give you plenty of medicine to help with it...but again..nothing to do with hpv For your peace of mind see a doctor who specialises in OB-GYNE. The Doctor can give you the best advice only after a thorough examination of the extent of your problem. When it comes to health problems my dear the doctors have an irreplaceable role. Don't simply trust anybody's opinion ONLINE. Yes. There is also the risk of passing it on to the baby. The major concern is that babies eyes. They CAN do lots of things to prevent it from transferring to baby. They can also give you lots of things for the pain, lol. |
