Two years ago I was diagnosed with HPV...? |
Two years ago I was diagnosed with HPV. About a year later, I got pregnant and had a beautiful daughter with no complications. After having my daughter I had a Pap Smear test and it came back negative. My husband had bumps in his genital area and went asked the doctor, he said they were warts and burned them. I know that genital warts is a strain of HPV... but how come even though I had HPV before I never got genital warts? I agree with thekate; some people are asymptomatic and may never show outward signs/symptoms of an infection. It sounds like your body cleared itself of the HPV, which does happen. Some people just never show signs. Everyone is different. You are just lucky. Wait! |
