Anyone that has the hpv shot? |
is the second shot anymore painful then the first one? I wouldn't get it even if I were in the age range. same shot same pain Same thing everytime you go in. I've given lots of these shots, and I hear that it's the same experience everytime. The med is the same, therefore it will burn the same going in. Hope that helps!! all depends on who is the nurse who gives you the shot, I got 3 different nurses everytime and my 1st two shots hurt like hell but my last shot didn't hurt as much since she gave a different apporach to it. My mother also gives the shot to patients and she's told me none of her patients complain about the pain compared to the sharp stinging pain I have told her about. its the same everytime. there was an article recently in the chicago tribune that disscussed why the shot was more painful than others....so check it out if you want more information! |
