HPV Vaccine...!?

Ladies would you get this vaccine. I've heard good and bad things about it. What would you consider?

Got it, as did both of my daughter's age 13 and 16.

Yes i would get it... with everything thats out there its not gonna hurt to be protected agenst some types of HPV I believe pretty soon everyone will end up getting HPV

The thing with this vaccine is: it works with 4 strains of the HPV virus... and there are tons of strains. Yes, there have been associations with HPV and cervical cancer...but it has yet to be proven that it for surely causes cervical cancer.

Cervical cancer is also not super common, and most commonly hits those who are already immunocompromised such as AIDS patients.

It's a great vaccine..and may be great help some day...but it's not a necessity.

With that being said, I'd probably put my money elsewhere healthwise.

Yes, I got it, but I really didn't like getting it.. LOL. It really does protect, but there is other things you can spend you money on. Just consider what is best for you.
