Talk to your gynecologist about what effects your piercing may have on your condition. Some types of warts grow differently and respond to injuries in the local area differently. The last thing you want to do is stress the area with a new piercing and end up with an increase in warts surrounding your clit. Your doctor should be able to give you an educated, practical assesment of how your body is likely to respond.

A piercer could refuse to work on you. If they feel the warts obstruct the health of the piercing or have concerns about how well you may heal, they probably will refuse. This is why it is essential to talk to your doctor first so you can have an educated discussion with your piercer about your particular case. With a doctor's consent that it won't negatively affect you, a great many piercers would be willing to work with you.

I wouldnt recomend it. and yes they can refuse it
