What should I do?? The girl I am hooking up with has HPV?

So this girl I am seeing (and like a lot) just told me she found out she got HPV from her last BF... We only had sex 3 or 4 times, but it was unprotected. Anyone know anything about HPV? I heard it only really affects girls? What should I do?

ususally it is only passed from men to women. men are the carrriers- but there is a veryy slight chance of genital warts. do not freak out, just get tested and use a condom. dont leave the girl just because of something like that- more than half the world has some form of an std, if you care about her it can be taken care of :)

It could cause genital warts on you - but nothing MAJOR....

It's more harmful to females

If you really care it's not a big deal....besides if you were gonna get it - too late, you've probably already gotten it
It usually takes a few years for the warts to be "noticeable" and sometimes they don't come out at all
