What is the military policy against males that HPV?

My friend he possibly has HPV and is joining the military.

No, he won't be denied.

HPV is much more common than you may think. Lots of people have it - not just civilians or military. It's gross, but it's true. They won't ban him for something like that, though. He'll be fine... but encourage him to be careful and wrap it up when he uses it to be responsible.

No, HPV is not specifically included in the list of disquallifying conditions under AR 40-501 Standards of Medical Fitness. An extreme case of genital warts that causes ulcerartion or open sores on the genitalia or one that causes functional difficulties would be very rare for an HPV infection in a male. Given that you say "he possibly has HPV," it reasons that he has nothing quite so severe. It should not be a problem.

If it requires frequent medical intervention or interferes with normal function it is disqualifying.
