I smoke and have just been diagnosed with HPV. How can I help my immune system?

I don't want to quit smoking or drinking! I am young and intend to stay care free. What are some other really good ideas to help boost the immune system to get rid of the virus without changing my lifestyle too much. thanks

It is ridiculous to want to improve your health while you know you are poisoning it with cigarette toxins.

You can drink in moderation.

Things to help your immune system: vitamins and supplements taken daily, at least 8 glasses of pure, clean water daily, fresh veggies and fruits, lean meats, and minimal whole grain carbs.

Exercise daily.

Meditate.

And. . when you stop smoking and your body cleans out all those toxins then you'll be able to remain healthy. Not until then.

You're looking for the 'magic pill' that lets you do whatever you want and that doesn't exist.

I used to smoke...then I learned about how they know it will kill you and sell it to you anyway. How they make it more addictive on purpose. Its easier when you are young to quite smoking when you realize you are fighting the system and the "man" by not smoking.

You are killing yourself. You must stop smoking. Even a few cigs are dangerous. You liver probably isn't very happy either. But you are probably young like my son and will do whatever you want to. When the doc tells you that you have a bad heart disease or something or have a heart attack, maybe you will change.

You need to stop the partying. Some times you must sacrifice things for your health.
