Is vitamin A good for HPV?

My son suddenly has these nasty warts on his hands. We've been to a dermatologist time and time again...nothing has worked. Does anyone know what type of vitamins he should be taking to help his immune system?

It's frustrating however they will eventually go away. I wouldn't have him take oral supplements for treatment esp. OTC Vit. A, it's not water soluble and it gets stored by the body. Some physicians prescribe a specially formulated Vitamin A that is water soluble and they will try topical products like RetinA.
I have mentioned this in previous answers but you could try DNCB, it's experimental but it stimulates the body's own immune system.
