Okay so my pap smer was abnormal. Does that mean i do have HPV? lol, why didn't you ask your doctor or whoever informed you it was abnormal. papsmears can be abnormal for an abundance of reasons, not just HPV. No it doesn't necessarily mean you have HPV. Could you? Yes you could. You'll have to go for further testing. not neccesarily, they will do a repeat pap and then a culture. hpv is not really something scary to worry about. but it is something you need to be aware of. The doctor will do a lab test on your abnormal pap and they should be contacting with the results. If they don't call in a week call them. Good luck |
