Will my doctors at any other hospitals know that i have HPV? oR Do i have to tell them?

Ive been with 2 guys. But my bofriend thinks hes been the only one, we plan to get married pretty soon, But im scared hell leave me when he finds out. He says hes only been with one other girl. But he never used unprotected sex with her? wat do i do? Im scared if i get a check up later on. Hell know about it, or that i even knew i had it.

I cant tell him the truth...he told me from the start, that it wouldnt be the same if i wouldnt have been a virgen... since i only lost it to that other guy and never did it again,. he never knew that i wasnt a virgen, i mean, wat was i suppose to do. Your health history should remain confidential. He will not have access to these records. If you invite him into an exam room at an appointment and say something in front of him, then he will know.

You (and he) can catch HPV even if a condom is used. The virus can be spread if it is on the skin of the thighs, scrotum, or perineum (skin between genitals and anus). These parts are not covered by a condom. Many, many women have HPV (men too). It is insanely common. He may have given it to you, even if he was very careful and only with one other woman.

Honesty is probably the best option, but either way, he nor anyone else outside of your health provider network has access to your records.

There's no polite way to say this: It's not a very promising start to a marriage to be lying to your soon-to-be-spouse. You need to be honest with him, or your lie will eat at you, and if he eventually finds out (he will), and finds you've been lying to him for years, then he'll be even angrier. Especially because disease is involved. He won't find out from your doctor, though.
