So when my pap is abnormal it does mean i have HPV?and can a colscopy reduce my chances of getting prego?

Like other people said, it does not mean that you have HPV, but because you are talking about colposcopy that tells me that your doctor probably did HPV test and you are positive.
Colposcopy by itself is nothing but examining the cervix under magnifying glass. It is often is accompanied with biopsy. Both have no effect on your chances of getting pregnant. Even if your doctor will find something wrong with your cervix, the procedure they do now to remove bad cells (LEEP) also does not result in infertility.

When your pap is abnormal it could mean you have HPV, or it could mean that you have another STD or abnormality. You should definitely get additional testing done to find out why your pap smear came back as abnormal. It doesn't necessarily mean you have an STD though, so don't worry.

Abnormal Pap smear results are often explained by an infection or an inflammation. Yeast infections, herpes, trichomonas, recent sexual activity, or use of vaginal preparations, are often things which cause an abnormal Pap smear result.
Many times the culprit is HPV or human papilloma virus, sometimes referred to as genital warts. HPV is a common infection in women and has been detected in women in their seventies; up to 60% of sexually- active women may carry this virus on their cervix, genital area, or skin and are completely unaware of it. The other questions not sure but I dont think so
