I am pregnant and have HPV mild grade one precancer, will my immune system still be able to fight this off?

If you are pregnant, your immune ysstem will be significantly WEAKENED. If you currently have a HPV-related dysplasia, you will need to see your doctor regularly to make sure it does not escalate. It is common for pregnant women with HPV to experience increased HPV symptoms. For example, if you have genital warts and you are pregnant, it is likely you can have increased wart growth.

The best person to ask would be your doctor. If you phoned your dr's surgery they should have an after hours number to contact if you are worried.
