What can i do to help my body fight off HPV virus?

I been to three doctors and they told me that i had a bacteria with yeast. I been haveing problems for 7months and I find out i have HPV but its not cancerous or pre-cancer.I'm at high risk of HPV. I'm really scared and hope my body can fight it off. I'm happy to find out what is going on with my body...... I'm a young woman that is very dumb..... I want to know what i should do with helping my body and what i should stay away from. I know smokeing is bad and i don't smoke at all. I hope you can help me please and Thanks.........

I'm asking my doctor about haveing HPV vaccine so for other Virus of HPV.

The vaccine will prevent HPV types that you may not have already acquired but testing positive for HPV mean you have a least one high risk HPV type.

The vaccine prevents two low risk HPV types 6 and 11 and two high risk HPV types 16 and 18.

Look to some sites that may help you with the yeast more naturally...

Some of the things that will help your body fight HPV..limit sex partners, constant use of condoms, eat your greens, get adequate sleep...look at some of the articles regarding stress and the virus....exercise and a good muti-vitamin can't hurt.

I am coping a study..and I wish you well.

BACKGROUND: Previous findings regarding risk factors for human
papillomavirus (HPV) persistence, other than viral determinants,
identified from prospective cohort studies have been inconsistent in
part because study designs have differed with respect to differing HPV
detection methods and varying lengths of follow-up time. Therefore,
the objectives of this study were to continue the search for
epidemiologic risk factors of persistent cervical HPV infections and
determine what behaviors differed between those women with transient
HPV infections and those women who cannot clear their type-specific
HPV infections. METHODS: Female university students (n = 621) in
Montreal were followed for 24 months at 6-month intervals. At each
visit, a cervical cell specimen was collected. HPV DNA was detected
using the MY09/MY11 PCR protocol and 27 HPV genotypes were identified
by the line blot assay (Roche Molecular Systems, Inc., Alameda, CA).
Proportional hazards regression was used to estimate the crude and
adjusted hazard ratios of clearing a type-specific high-risk (n = 222)
or low-risk (n = 105) HPV infection over time according to specific
baseline and time-dependent covariates. RESULTS: Daily consumption of
vegetables seemed to increase the rate of HPV clearance independent of
type. The use of tampons was associated with a reduced rate of
high-risk HPV clearance, whereas regular condom use was associated
with an increased rate of low-risk HPV clearance only. CONCLUSION:
Some proactive measures can be taken to increase the rate of HPV
clearance, and there may be some differences between the sets of
predictors of low-risk and high-risk HPV clearance.

The vaccine will prevent future exposure to new viruses. But the one you have will go away because of your immune system, there's very little you can do to help this along aside from just generally living a healthy life.

But, more than 80% of women have some strain of harmless HPV. If it isn't causing warts or cancer, you needn't worry about it at all, having it is totally normal.

you have to make powerful your immune system
stop smoking
smoking weaken it
chemical drugs alone can not help you to remove this virus.
eat fruits and vegetables more
i think if you eat atleast 2 apple everyday, you will get rid of the bothersome viruses in 3 months.
(1 morning and 1 night)
i suggest you, if you are being cured by any drug that your doctor recommended you, dont stop it.
beter to continue your drugs and also eat more fruits and vegetables particularly 2 apples every day and see the miracle of apple.

if you already have it a vaccine will not help...it causes cancer in some people but it's usually when you are older and smarter and wish you hadn't acted like an idiot!
