There is no cure for HPV, but you can treat the warts with special antiviral creams and lotions that you can get from a doctor under prescription. You can also have larger warts removed surgically or with freezing (the same way ordinary warts would be removed). They will continue to recur however. The person who mentioned Valtrex is wrong - that is a medicine for treating the herpes virus. You MUST see a doctor. Did you know that the HPV virus is the cause on cervical cancer? I didnt until I got cancer. However it is treatable and I have just had the lower part of my cervix removed. Its so important you get treated properly. I know it embarassing but to a doctor its normal...the see this all the time. millions of women have this infection and it can be caught even if you use condoms. please please see your doctor and get treated. go tp planned parenthood, you cant treat the warts without a doctor.. You have to see a dr to get any type of anti viral treatment. NO, go to the doctor before it screws you up badly!! Why would you jeopardize your health.. Go to the doctor.
