Can hpv and cancer cells inside the cervix be removed with laser treatments? |
Can hpv and cancer cells inside the cervix be removed with laser treatments? Laser is used in the treatments of abnormal cell changes. There is a procedure where they freeze the affect cells and then scrape them off. I had this done 15+ years ago to take care of pre-cancerous cells on the cervix and have not had any re-occurrences. hmmm. I haven't heard of this as a standard treatment of HPV/cervical cancer. Ask your doctor about the Cone procedure.. |
