Where can I find a Information sheet for patients regarding HPV?

the Human Papilloma Virus ?

The absolute best site for HPV information is:
www.hpvinfo.ca

The website was created by the national organization for OBGYNs in Canada.

For Americans, the CDC is the most reliable source for info and statistics. Check these pages out:
http://www.cdc.gov/std/Hpv/default.htm
http://www.cdc.gov/std/Hpv/STDFact-HPV-v...

You can order brochures from them via their website.
THESE BROCHURES ARE INTENDED FOR PROVIDERS TO GIVE TO THEIR PATIENTS

You can also order educational materials for HPV and other diseases from your local health department. Just call them and ask for the health education program.

These are to the best information I have found on the web.

These are pamphlets from the National Cancer Institute

I wish you well.

IF your OB/GYN hasn't got the info sitting in his/her office waiting area, ASK him/her...Many simple MPH's or chemists will tell you to write away or call for info, but the VERY best information will come from your BOARD CERTIFIED PHYSCIAN. NO pamphlet will come close to giving you the information that your PHYSICIAN can give you.
