Im scaRED about HPV. pls help? |
hi there! im a male and im self-diagnosing myself as being infected by the HPV virus because of the presence of genital warts around the head of my penis, but they are just small.. pls help me answer my questions in my mind because since i know that im infected, i feel so dirty about myself and i feel so worthless.. pls help me answere these: 1. No, HPV is warts, just like the kind you get on your finger, and if you're male they have no ill effects. Well the first thing I would like to say is that you should definitely go to the doctors to be sure that is what you have. If it is that, they will give you something to get rid of them. but you will always have the virus and sometimes they can come back again.no it doesn't mean you have HIV. If it is changing in size it could be because your not doing anything about getting treatment. No you will not be denied jobs, this is very common STD to have today? You definately have a chance of having kids. What you should do best is just stay confident and you will be fine, if it is HPV its not the end of the world just make sure you do get evaluated. I recommend reading http://www.hpvforum.com and http://www.cdc.gov. you will feel much better. Try to relax, and most of all remember to thank God for his mercy. The important thing is to ask for forgiveness, and to correct your future behavior (by remembering). Just wait until you get married.......I know it's not the most popular thing to say....but it's not worth the risk. May everything work out just fine for you. Just to answer one, you should take every precaution. You should never gamble with something like this. Number one. Yeah I'd be alarmed a little dude you really need to quit with the toads should i be alaramed and nervous? |
