Hpv questions & concerns...................? |
Is it possible to find out around when I contracted the hpv virus? I was with an old boyfriend for 7 yrs. & found out he was sleeping around with a few different women so we broke up. About 5 months later I met a new gut. I have been with my boyfriend now for 6 yrs. How would I be able to tell if my ex or me current boyfriend gave me this virus. I kow it wasn't me who gave it becuase I have only been with my ex & my current boyfriend. Help, Im confused here. It's hard to pinpoint when you contract HPV. I also have had HPV & pre-cancerous cells (Dysplasia) that were in the 3rd layer (the stage right before it becomes cancer) It was pretty scary ... The way my Dr. explained it though is that although HPV is an STD, its not exacly the kind that you get from sleeping around or because your man cheated on you. It's more like a virus that a man can carry even if he's only slept with you in his whole life & you two have unprotected sex, then he can pass it to you. Kinda like the same way men and woman can pass yeast infections back -n- forth, but worse because this virus cases cancer. Well hope I've been helpful ... this is what I've learnd from my experiences. |
