HPV vaccine !!? |
i got my first lot of HPV vaccine yesterday and i still need two more within a 6 month period. i was thinking get my second between 1-2 months and my third 4-6 months. my 26th birthday is in nov and the dr told me i had to pay $400 a shot after that time I had all of mine all done already. Those numbers are correct. havent got mine yet, but I have an appt for it next week. And they said I sould get my second one 2 months later. im up to my third one, there are different time periods between each one (which escape me now) the doctor should have informed you this so you could make your next appointment. hey! yes i have had my shots. i got them on my upper arm. i think that after you get your 1st one you are supposed to wait around two months or so between them. they are not that bad. i think that they 3rd one hurt the most it stung a little, but its better so that you dont get hpv! good job! I got my first shot in April the next in June or July and the final one in October. Well I did and it took awhile. But it was okay. The time span is awhile but it really helps. It took me 3 monthes three monthes then got my other one then 6 monthes later got my last one. So it's okay. Hang in there.... umm i never heard of t7hem sorry =[ I haven't but my friend did and she is getting hers 5 months apart b/c insurance won't cover it if you are over 25. SUCKS I know. I'd speak to the doctor and see what he/she recommends my daughter had that done. she did it something like what you want to do. she was glad when it was finished too |
