Im having a breakout from hpv and im pregnet how does it affect my baby? |
The doctor also told me the baby can get some type of disease in his vocal cords, does anyone know waht that is called? Really? My midwife said that they only time it could effect baby was during child birth and even then it would have to be a pretty major outbreak for me to have a c section. Having an outbreak from HPV while you are pregnant does not affect the baby. HPV is only transmitted by skin to skin contact, it is not carried through the blood stream or any other bodily fluid. I have HPV and I'm not pregnant at the time, but when I do have break outs, I use AppleCider vinegar, soak a cotton ball, put it on direct contact w/the area, it'll burn, not as much as the acid they use in the clinic, but it will burn closer to the time when the wart is actually dying off, it should turn compeletly dark in color and will just wipe off. I was told that the breakouts only accect your baby during delivery...not before. Ask your doctor if you can take apple cider vinegar pills..I take those now, and I haven't had a breakout in almost a year! Why don't you ask your doctor? I am sure that he/she would be more than willing to give you the information you are seeking. |
