Well the HPV was transfered from her so if you guys had protected or unprotected sex the chances are very high you have HPV, even if she did not have an outbreak.

If she has HPV you can catch HPV from her. HPV is the most common STD.

If she has HPV then you'll probably be likely to catch it as well.
You shouldn't be concerned though unless she has one of the strains that cause genital warts.
