Can I sue my (ex) husband for exposing me to HPV?

My husband and I are in the beginning stages of divorce. I've left the home and am now supporting myself & our daughter alone. I've just received hard copy proof that he knew (100% without a doubt) that he had genital warts, 6 months before we even met.
There is no doubt I was exposed for at least 2 years. After that, I had an idea that he had been unfaithful and started using protection during intercourse with him.
My question is; When we go to court for the divorce (I have 90 days yet until I'm legally allowed to file) what will this do for me? Can I sue him for (as yet unforeseen) medical expenses?
What can I do and what can't I do?

This is no evidence of infidelity. And given that 60% of the population is carrying one form or another of HPV, not really that big a deal. And he has no sort of legal liability for exposing you to this sort of thing. As far as the courts are concerned this is a private sexual matter between the two of you. This sort of thing has been pursued before, and there's a strong precedent against it.

You may be able to sue your husband one gal was awarding 1.5 million dollars due to her boyfriend transmission of the virus.
