How affective are 2 gardisal shots against hpv?

There are 3 shots and I've only had 2. I don't know if I have hpv but there's rumors that a guy has it. I just want to have as much knowledge about it as possible.

Guys just CARRY HPV. They can't get tested for it. There are over 100 strands of hpv. Guardasil protects you from 4...maybe. That's right, only maybe. If you go to thinktwice.com you can read the horror stories of girls who have had the vaccine. Also, if you've been exposed to hpv and THEN gotten the vaccine, it can make you more suseptable to cervical cancer.
I had two strands of hpv last year. I went to the doc. They game me the option of freezing the stuff off or waiting to see if my immune system would take care of it. It did. My body fought off both strands, and now I have a lifetime immunity to it. That's more than the vaccine can do.

I really don't know how affective they are. All I know is that they hurt. I've had them.
