HPV vaccine mandated for green card applicants?

Is it true that it's a required vaccine for women trying to get a green card? Why isn't it required for women who are already American citizens and should it ever be required of any woman?

Girls have gotten very sick and died from this vaccine. It's dangerous and nobody should be taking it. I also think it is a breach of a person's rights to forcibly medicate them like that, so I hope that women aren't being forced to take it. Vaccines shouldn't be forced on people. They should be optional. And this particular vax should be off the market until they can improve it.

On a side note....men are the ones who spread HPV more readily. It doesn't present a whole lot of symptoms in men, not like it does in women, so men are far less likely to even know they have it and therefore more likely to spread it. Maybe men should be vaccinated too.

This vaccine is still too new to know its long term side effects. No one should be forced to take it.
