Has anybody had a personal experience with hpv, or have experienced side effects from the vaccine gardisil?

i am doing a research paper on hpv and need primary sources.!

Only a little soreness in my arm from the Gardasil. :) It was totally worth it.

As for HPV, I have never been tested but I was diagnosed with cervical adenocarcimona in situ which is caused my HPV. Recommend treatment for adenocarcinoma in situ: hysterectomy. I'm 26.

I ended up only having a cone biopsy to remove a piece of my cervix. That was crappy. Now if I get pregnant I am at an increased risk of for preterm birth. Also I have to go in every 3 months for really painful follow up tests where they scrape cells from inside my cervix. Also, since I declined to have a hysterectomy, no one can really tell me the chance the naughty cells will come back.

HPV sucks *** and I hope Gardasil prevents women from having to go through this!!
