It depends on the type of HPV you were diagnosed with. If it was the low-risk type, which usually causes genital warts, then it is highly unlikely you will develop cancer. If it was the high-risk type, that麓s the type that causes cancer and you will have to get a pap smear every 6 months. As your doctor which type of HPV it was.
If the cancer is diagnosed early and treated aggressively the outcome is good. If not, the outcome is poor. I apologize if this isn't the answer you were looking for but it does answer the question the way in which it is worded.
I'm a nurse.
I'm not sure what your specifc question is but in some cases of Human Papilloma Virus in females has leaded to Cervical Cancer. It would be best to get checked to make sure you don't get cancer. This site can give you some more information.

All 40% of people with Human Pappailoma Virus do not get cancer. 4,000 studies show that fruit and vegetables prevent cancer. It appears meat increses risk of cancer. Sodium Nitrate causes cancer. It is used in meat.

HPV isn't cancer! There are certain strains of HPV that have been known to cause cervical cancer in women but having HPV does not mean you'll get cervical cancer.
There isn't a cure for HPV but in most women, it goes away on it's own and there are treatment options.
The outcome of cancer varies depending on what kind it is and how early it's detected. This is a really informative site on cervical cancer; http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/wyntk...
