Is it best for 2 people who have hpv to stay together so they wont spread it to others?

not unless they want to be together. you shouldn't be forced to stay with someone just because of a virus. in many cases, people who have HPV don't even know it. that's why it is spread so easily. not only that, but there are certain strains of HPV that 'burn' themselves out of your system after a while so you basically no longer have it.
By the time their 50, over 80% of people are exposed to HPV. Most never show the symptoms.

I would really not recommend staying together just because two people have HPV.
