No health insurance, and er visit says I have hyperkalemia.?

sx are all of the ones listed......just so tired, feeling so yucky, and I odnt know what yto do folks! I have no health insurance and no one will see me without a apyment upfront of 250-350.00 thats just to start. I knwo what can happen if I dont get this looked at and treated.......but what does one do when you cannot afford to have what they say you have? Plus due to a serious illness years ago they say i have a seriously compromised metabolic system. cannot tolerate any medicine ....for real! havent had any in 15 years! what do i do?

k, start by calming down. . . 1st of all look @ your diet. This test indicated high level of potassium, try to eliminate your potassium for right now and lower it all together if this is a persistant problem. foods that contain K+ are potatoes, oranges, tomatoes............etc! look em up. theres lotz of em.
also, you need to get the medicine, go to the local neighborhood community clinics, they will see you for 5 to 20 dollars and the Rx is free to 20dollars. remember, the county hospital is there to help you, look to them for some resources and be hypervigilant!
GOOD LUCK

Are you in USA?Go to welfare and apply for medical assistance

Do you have a credit card? If so, this would be the time to use it.
