Health insurance help???

What type of insurance is best? PPO or POS. I don't know the differance in the two. Also what's the best deductible to have? Thanks for your help.

PPO's are the most flexible type of network in that you need no referrals to see a specialist, you do not have to choose a primary care physician, and you can go out of network and still be covered even for non emergency care (although you won't receive a discount as you would if you went for coverage in network).

POS networks are a hybrid of HMO's and PPO's. Some look more like a PPO and others more like an HMO.

As far as deductible go, the higher the deductible you choose then the less of a monthly premium you will have to pay and vice versa so look at your budget and plan accordingly.
