Health Insurance expense?

Is my employer able to see what my health insurance is charged for (i.e. anxiety and depression drugs)?

I'm almost positive the answer is no.

When you are treated by more than one doctor, you are asked to sign release forms just to allow your different docs to be informed of what the others are doing for you. I don't think your employer has the legal right to view any of this information unless you sign a release form specifically allowing it.
