So it seems i have a dry socket? =( What can i do to heal it i don't have health insurance?

Apparently, i have a dry socket because i've been having a really nasty taste in my mouth. I feel a slit in the wound from the extracted tooth which smells and its causing bad breath. So Nasty! So pretty sure its a dry socket? what can i do?? please help.. (I don't know how i got a dry socket if i had my wisdom teeth out more than 4 months ago and i didn't smoke or drink from straws)

I've been rinsing with salt water but not much help =(

Contact the dentist/doctor that removed the teeth asap.
See adn emergency room doctor if necessary.
