Family Health Insurance For 3?

Im 18 years old and My husband is 20 and we have a 8 Month old son. My husband has hospital bills for a anxiety attack and I have a bad gall blatter that needs removed and my sons checkups + shots are about 175$ a month. We were denied for medicaid and we want to get family heath insurance were willing to pay about 400$ a month does anyone have any suggestions?
