I have a bad hernia i dont have health insurance where can i go to get an operation?

I think my lower intestines are in my testes I can hardly work I will give any to get better

I would go to a hospital and tell them your situation and ask to apply for Medicaid or something like that to help with finances. A lot of states have State-Only programs that will help you if you aren't approved for Medicaid.
