How can I get health insurance for my foreign-born mother-in-law?

One option may be to get a discount health benefits card. It's not insurance but it can save you quite a bit of money on medical bills. If she has medical problems, she may not qualify for regular insurance or those problems may not be covered for a certain length of time. Ummm you can pay for it. Anyone can buy insurance for pretty penny. Don't make us Americans pay for it. We have enough illegals already demanding we pay for them too.
