Can anybody tell me what are conditions to get FULL public health insurance in UK?

The UK has a free health service, some people have insurance but that is for private treatment..;

Permanent Health Insurance is regulated so that the maximum does not fully cover your loss of earnings and as such you cannot ever get "full" cover.

I used to work in the sector and then the maximum was 75% less SSP. In the event of a claim the maximum allowed under the law would be paid out.
