Should overweight people that don't take of themselves pay more for health insurance?

Should someone that exercises, eats healthy, and does everything to keep themselves from being unhealthy pay as much as someone who just eats themselves into obesity and health problems

One would think so... but some people are overweight even when trying to be healthy... they can't help it, what if they have a thyroid problem? Well they can't get surgery then... because they're fat and have to pay too much for health insurance... and then they'll go to the gov't for help... and trust me, the US is pretty fat... the last thing I need to do is give my hard earned tax money to some fatties... lol... So I vote no... If you take care of yourself, that is a reward enough... money isn't the solution to everything (but it sure as hell makes it easier, doesn't it?)
yes,we need a system that could monitor the reasons for medical visits....those that abuse their bodies and tax the system would pay for that abuse above their poor habits
