How many working people are satisfied with their health care insurance? |
Just curious... I am! National health care. ;) Not me it's about the money not the people everythings about money speaking from experience, not many. some policies exclude some things but not others. I work for a health insurance company and there are many different policy types. I'm very satisfied with my insurance. My copay is only about $20 and I also have dental and vision insurance covered by my employer. My primary doctor is also included in my plan so the deductible isn't as much. I work where they just changed carriers and our new insurance is not as good as the old one was. Still pretty good for the money though. I have carefirst (blue cross/ blue shield) PPO. I love that I can go to a hospital anywhere with minimal to no co-pay, but I don"t like the high cost. I also don't like that, if I am injuried on the job, my insurance will not pay for doctor's care even if I want a second opinion (IWIF doctors are not always looking out for your best health interest, they just want to certify you back to work). I am a state employee and I am also very dissatified with my prescription co-pay. A true arm and leg. When I worked, I had none, or any benefits, but i was satisfied. |
