Is it true that once I turn 18 I won't be covered by my parents' health insurance? |
I am turning 18 in a few weeks, and I was wondering if I won't be covered anymore, I am currently a college student and I won't be able to afford insurance So long as you're a full time college student dependent on them. As long as you're a full time college student (12-18 units) your parents insurance should cover you until about 23-25. (this depends on the insurance company.)
