I need a family plan for health insurance in MA. Does anyone know of a good one without getting scammed?


I am currently looking for a job but need coverage by July 1st!
Therefore, I cannot afford a high monthly payment. Help!

My understanding is that six of the big health insurance companies are offering lower-cost plans. The companies are Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, Fallon Community Health Plan, Neighborhood Health and Health New England.

If your family income is less than $30,984 the health insurance is free and is subsidized for a family of four earning less than $61,956 per year. Source(s): Independent Agent
