Low income or free health insurance in NH? |
i had it in MA but i just moved to NH do they have it up here??? i need it bad I might be pregnant This link might be of help http://groups.msn.com/arayofhope/yourweb... Contact the Dept. of Health & Human Resources or whatever NH has that's like it. They are the ones who take care of things like that. Start by going to a Planned Parenthood clinic to find out if you are pregnant and to get started on proper prenatal care. Then pick up a phone book and look in the blue pages for listings for public assistance. Also look at http://www.nh.gov/residents/living.html... To find the Planned Parenthood clinic near you http://www.plannedparenthood.org/findcen... Most states will cover you with medicaid while you are pregnant and for the first 2 months after. The baby can automatically qualify for a year after, this is to get him thru the shots cycle. However you have to finacinally qualify for this. Depends on your income and personal property. Your local hospital probably has a medicaid office in it, most do. Call them about it and if not there they will tell you where to go for help. |
