Is it true that France has a lower level of heat disease then the UK or USA, dispute a high intake of animal fats among the french?. They eat natural fats whereas the UK and US consume massive amounts of trans fats. When I was in France, their diet was largely fresh whereas here in the UK it's largely full of preservatives and sugar. red wine, less fast food (real meat) olive oil |
