Since hypertension and heart diseases are taking an epidemic form, what is your recommendation/s.?

As a citizen will you recommend that at what grade/age should we start a massive CPR training program?

I will recommend a healthy style, avoiding junk food. stop running behind $$, mortgage, and credit cards. Go early to bed and wake up early.
Awareness should be started as early as possible, when we can teach children about ......... why not theoretically vision. practical can be stared at grade 10 as compulsory.
Even professionals commit blunders, this no excuse.

1. When a person is old enough to understand and safely carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), training should be started. Usually, a child can understand and remember instructions at the age of 7. The only catch is that the child may be too small and lightweight to properly carry out CPR on an obese adult, but it is better than no management at all during an emergency.

2. Prevention is still the best approach although it is not as practiced by some. A healthy diet and lifestyle with regular exercise will be beneficial to all.

3. Information dissemination. The more the people know, the more they may be inclined to apply what they had learned (hopefully).
