Heart Disease - Bundel of Hiss?

My Bundel of Hiss in the heart (probably where the term hissy fit comes from BIG SMILE apparently MIGHT have one of the three 'lines/branches whatever they are called' a little bit faulty.
My blood pressure is all of the place and my heart has a couple of different types of a-rythmea (sorry about the spelling). My heart beat is usually around a 100. This has only just been discovered. My GP/Primary Care physian would just shrug his shoulders when I said my heart raced and felt funny. However, I have been carted off in the back of an ambulance and kept overnight in hospital about six times in the last 17 days. Has anyone ever heard of this? I do not have a cholestrol problem. I have thyroid but it has been perfectly controlled for the last 10 years - never going outside of the 'perfect range'. My heart also goes really slow and the rythm is way out of wack - I can hear it missing beats. Hospital found a non-pumping part of my heart pumps now and then to compensate

The Bundle of His is part of the conduction system in your heart that conducts the electrical signals that control your heart rate and rhythm.

I'm not sure from the information you provided, but there's a syndrome called Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome where you get an extra conduction loop that can cause the electrical signal to go down the wrong path. The down side to that is that you can sometimes get caught in an electrical loop, so to speak, which can cause a life-threatening re-entrant tachycardia (very fast heart rate that won't stop on its own).

You should see a cardiologist. If you do have WPW, there's a relatively simple procedure to fix it that involves eliminating the re-entrant loop via a radiofrequency ablation (essentially burning it out). It's all done via a needle in your groin.
