Adults with Congenital Heart Disease?

Is there a way to find local support groups for adults with congenital heart disease? I'm 23 and had 2 VSD repairs and 1 ASD and I still haven't actually met face to face with someone else with congenital heart disease and sometimes I think it'd be nice.
I've searched before and turned up no local results. Any ideas? I live in Missouri

Please check out the Adult Congenital Heart Association at http://www.achaheart.org . It's a national nonprofit organization dedicated to the education and support of adults with congenital heart disease. There is a wealth of information there, including an online clinic directory, a very active message board (of which I am one of the moderators), and lists of local groups for face-to-face support. We just held a national conference in May with over 200 attendees from all over the country and some from overseas. A number of additional local groups were formed after the conference was held.

Please join us on the message board. There are many there who have ASD and VSD repairs.

Talk to your cardiologist or someone at the hospital. I attend a heart center meeting monthly at the local children's hospital. My son has congenital heart disease. There are also a lot of local things where I am for heart disease. The hospital is a great place to take a look for events and such.

Grown up congenital heart disease (http://www.guch.org.uk/) and adult congenital heart disease (http://www.achaheart.org/) support groups are there in plenty.

You can find a group for your region from a Google search.
